Heavy Knife - for making tools, Magnesium rod - for fire making - can use back of knife to strike. If you ever tried to start a fire without one, you will want one. A Still - can use for cooking too with the lid off ----------- Wow, a tricky challenge. 1. Collect tinder [lint from pocket will do] or puffy plants/some barks you can puff up and putting in pocket in case I get rained on. 2. Collect dry firewood, try to store where it will remain dry. 3. Light fire 4. Build shelter 5. Boil water 6. Build container? - coconut/wittle bowl, stone/bamboo/whatever is possible to collect water. 7. Make some symbols to be seen by air and/or sea. 8. Build 3 large signal fires and put green leaves on top for smoke, make 'torch' to take fire to signal fires from main fire 9. Build more containers and scrounging for other items that may have washed up, explore island for possible resources 10. Make a 3-4 prong spear and try fishing/collecting shellfish/sea cucumbers/seaweed etc 11. Start building rope if possible 12. Settle in to a new life until rescue shows up

I just need 1. my house in its entirety ... lol but seriously. I don't assume the island has _no_ drinkable water and I assume I am not naked. so 1. Commando Knife 2. Fire Starter 3. Metal Pot/Mess Tin Everything else can be built or scavenged.

How about water wolfstar well, its possible to collect coconuts or water vines in most tropical bushlands, empty coconut shells can be used to collect various forms of precipitation, especially if you set up palm fronds and other safe leaves so that the tips are positioned so that water dripping off is directed into whatever you are using... if you find say, banana leaves, you can make water tight containers, use to wrap food while cooking etc... there is more than one way to skin a cat, so to speak ^_^

If I am getting stuck somewhere, would like you on board with me... I would need a heavy duty Knife, Fishing line, and a firestarting kit. The coconut shell can actually be used as a cooking container.
