Heinz baked beans and spaghetti from 2004 - so 17 years.
Externally - cans intact. some tarnishing around join between lid and body of can. Internally - untarnished. no spots or damage on inner surface
Spag - tomato sauce was not fluid - it was lumpy around the spag Beans - less pronounced but same basic appearance.
Both heated and briskly boiled, exact appearance of fresh product.
Both tasted exactly as expected. I did put heavy salt and pepper on both as was just slightly anxious might taste like shit..... but pleasantly surprised, tasted normal, not dead.

Legend. You really should put these tests on a YouTube channel! I'd pay money to see you sit down at a table with full silver service, dressed in a tux, and consuming and reviewing foods from years gone by.

Duck walk a freezer.....
Last week we duck walked an old freezer out of the back sun room to the porch to thaw... Admittedly it kind of got used for a place to stuff things... And neglected for a time.. My bad...
I kept it partially shut with a block of wood and ratchet strap over night to keep bears from making a mess.. Luckily nothing got wind of the mission.. As things thawed enough to get loose we cooked them up, pressure canned a number of things, or cooked then canned things... Cooked and ate things for the day also..
In all for this mission we lost very little.. There were a number of things that would not have survived well even after only a short time in the freezer.. And all that didn't survive well went to the chicken bucket at minimal cost..
So bottom line we got the old freezer out and taken care of.. The new freezer in the garage on the sun porch.. The old freezer now in the garage with homemade chicken feed.. Our summer may be short, but the girls do like a frosty treat at times..
