So.. The super food that is kangaroo.
Its simpler than paris hilton. Ive even included pictures.
Step 1: Cook the roo.
Step 2: Drain whatever fat is in it.
Step 3: Dehydrate it. 24hours at 70degrees does it for me.
Step 4: Store it. |

Same deal applies to processing your own, you know, if you have tags and that sorta thing.
However, thats store bought mince, cheapest roo you can get, without a trigger, legally.
