seen this done on that Alone tv show, he didnt have whole wheat flour or salt though, the dude ate too much and made himself really sick. No thanks, would have to be really starving to give this one a go.

Um..... That seems like a lot of work into it, compared to the nourishment out of it... Kind of like you can make a flour out of acorns, but the work to process them is a negative energy thing for what you get out of it..
I would try one bite sometime..... However...Like said, think I'll pass on that one..

Pine bark bread is a pretty well known food in Skandi countries. Apparently it's high in vitamin C (just like pine needles), and is about 20% higher in calories than wheat flour. From what I've seen it's not common for breads to be made with pine bark alone nowadays, but it's still used in modern recipes alongside rye and wheat and other grains.
I'd give it a go. But I'll try most any food once. Same rule I use with kids. You have to at least try it before you turn your nose up at it lol.
