I just heard this morning that under the emergency powers act in Canada at the moment they have targeted any individual or business that donated to the crowd funding or otherwise of the truckers campaign and are freezing bank accounts and restrrecting government assistance those peiple/business might be getting currently including their crypto wallets. I recon that anyone who hasn't yet been frozen and donated would be doing a run on the banks to withdrawl any and all cash they have to survive for a while

Already withdrawn almost everything from the bank this morning in preparation for Aus being hit with these bank outages. Suggest u all do the same. Cash will be king for a while, then its our crypto. You do have some crypto dont you ?

Yeah Canada is actually a lot worse than Australia at the moment, wont take long for tptb here to follow along. I keep cash on hand all the time. I always make sure to have all denominations possible, 20,50c,1s,2s coins, 5,10,20,50's in notes etc.
Not into the crypto, i just dont understand it and im not very computer savvy. I remember back about 12 years ago bitcoin was worth nothing, i should have bought a few coins and sat on them somehow, but i dont think that is how bitcoin works? Can you just buy a percentage of bitcoin and leave it alone and see what it does or do you need to add to it or something?
