Had this on my YT feed today, this is definitely one for the conspiracy theorists. There is a lot of strange things on the go all around the world including troop and military movements..

I consider "God Family and Guns' YT channel to be reliable and professional- never had any wired reporting from their gun news in 5min or less.

I'll hazard a guess. A reeeeal guess though. Two possible reasons.

1) The EPA in the US has effectively banned the use of lead. So these new plants will probably be making copper projectiles and it's a convenient place to set up new equipment for it.

2) Russia used to export a lot of ammunition. This has dropped off, opening up a market for the US to fill in.

Thought criminal.
