I've got these in my BOB/Hiking bag and placed them into my FAK.
These have dual purposes.
You can use the betadine iodine to purify water and/or disinfect wounds.
The cotton swabs can be used as a fire starter with vaseline.
This is one of the stuff I intend to get more of, because of the multi use ability. More than one use is always good.
Carrying more, would not be a hassle.
