Hard to grow anything on a 350m sq block that has a large 4 bedroom house on it and a backyard that's 2m long. Time to relocate FB.
To shoot a mime, do you use a silencer
That's not my place, just the typical suburban block these days. When I do relocate in a couple of years it will be to my 3 acres by the beach. Plenty of room to grow fruit and veg there.

If the tsunami comes I'll relocate to my place in the hills which will be safe, as we're unlikely to get an 800m high wave.
The soil is 12 to 18 inches of a sandy loam, very rich in organic matter, and then clay. Not a single rock on the place. The grass and ferns seem to like it. I'll be doing raised garden beds anyway for the veg, covered by netting to keep the furry or feathered thieves out.

There are boulders in the 1-10 tonne range on top of Sydney Heads that were deposited there by a tsunami. Think about the size of the wave it took to accomplish that.

I'm not concerned with a 1 in 1 million year possibility.
