The elite no doubt will have thought a lot about timing. And timing will be everything to causing the most havoc and damage.
When one tugs at a single thing in nature, one finds it is attached to the rest of the world.

At present I am writing down the way things like how the power system works, the water system works and so on. As we have multiple backup systems, and if something happened to me, the troops need to know how it all works, what switches to turn on, when and which valves control what water goes to/from which tank etc.
Call it another part of our prepping strategy, the continuation of your family after the SHTF without you.
Any fool can make a rule.
