Suggestions for prepper properties or rooms in NSW

Bit of background
Been into prepping since 2015
Thanks to advice from members here I was able to find a job role which allows me to work online from home which does give me some flexibility
Currently in the hunter valley Looking for rentals but getting approved for a place amongst 50 other families who are also applying that’s the problem.
Giving up my current place to help out family members with kids so they have a roof over their heads
can use either a whole property Or a 1 medium bedroom if someone wants to rent out a room
I do need to I have good fixed line Wired internet , fixed wireless internet has issues
which does restrict me from some inner central area Australia locations
In addition to the hunter valley both upper and lower also looking as far north NSW as taree as long as it meet the required internet
Need no smoker , no inside pets (if you have outside pets that’s fine),
If have one or know someone who does , let me know , even if this is a old topic please send me a direct private message
