As the thread states, when is it time for you to bug out?? What circumstances will lead to you say "I'm outa here?" Financial collapse, looting, industry grinding to a halt, shops running out of food due to transport shortages? ? What will make you leave home and relocate??

I 'can' go at any moment, we're fire ready all year and have rehearsed. If it's pressing, immediate and more dangerous right now than in 2 weeks when I no longer have food, then I would go. Really this is a last resort in SHTF, in a fire, I've got insurance.
If it were slow and I saw it was better to move to another region, I would move the logistics with me. I store the fuel to relocate to one of a number of places as part of the plan, and this relocation would mostly be about adding members of the family and centralising our security/support/farming.
Mostly, I wouldn't bug out, rather I'd bug in, my best logistics are here and I have already bugged out of sorts, as I live in a country town, which through history has been shown to be the best options for security [the town's number], the transport [growing region all around within walking/push bike distance], employment [the farms when there's no fuel, will need people], and stability. Inner security may initially be an issue [neighbours], but I'm prepared for that storm.

I think in our case it is more a matter of 'if we can' as a wet season can isolate us and then a T/C can roll in and really hammer us. This is the only time I would be wondering what would be the best move.(We are well stocked to ride out any T/C - have genie, ample food stuffs, ample meds located on higher ground, etc). As for other times/reasons; Re-bug in/out - it would depend greatly on what the threat was that was current, as any direction puts me in conflict with cities with a substantial population. Realistically an hour or so would see us vehicle ready - 5 min would see us ready to walk out if necessary.
(Sorry Shinester - don't fully rely on those "BAS_ARDS" to pay up - we have been having an issue with our insurers since a retaining wall was washed out in a downpour late last year - even though the Adjusters have finally submitted a letter to the insurers we are still waiting to see if we will get a settlement - our insurance PDF states these walls ARE covered.{We have dodged most of the following rain but am watching T/C Ita real close now as they are not following the 'normal' paths this year.} Yet we are still waiting and I don't think we will get full settlement. Also after T/C Larry went through the north a few years ago - I know many places still had tarps on roofs waiting settlement for quiet a L-O-N-G time afterwards).
