This woman kills a boy driving in her car, and injures 2 others, NOW she is suing them for her 'emotional distress'.
Hopefully common sense prevails, but.................................
When in the US, I read a story about a burglar who broke into a house at night while the occupants were sleeping. Whilst going up the stairs, he slipped on a roller skate/skateboard ( not 100% sure), AND successfully sued the home owner for damages, as when the burglar tripped and fell, he broke his arm.
