I once chased Wayne Gardner around Eastern Creek, both of us on 900cc Honda Fireblades, at a corporate event back when Honda still paid his bills.
The skill he had was incredible. And Rossi is another level altogether.

what kind of diet are they living on? Must be all sugar treats and fast food crap. They need to swap the Coke out for Fanta to get that vitamin c requirement.

I believe capsicum is high in vitamin C as well.

Yes. It may stagnate, perhaps a very minor correction, but no crash.
A crash would be nice. I own all my properties outright. If the market crashed I would just buy more.

Not going to happen. My daughter and I are so convinced values will continue rising that we're looking to buy a place for her 3 year old son, before they become totally unaffordable. A year ago I thought my primary residence was worth about $700-750k. Last week a place 500m up the road sold for $1.18mil, and we're in one of the cheapest suburbs. I can't see them dropping in price in my lifetime.

Well who would have thought, 18 months later and still no crash.
Housing properties still going through the roof. Whilst many preppers and youtube experts were screaming the housing bubble was about to burst, I was buying rural land. Guess who's laughing his butt off now.

I live about 3.5hrs from my retreat, which under normal circumstances takes half a tank of fuel in my ute. I almost always keep the tank half full, and always have 60l at home, rotated regularly. That fuel is only for getting to my retreat. I haven't needed to work for years. I have enough assets put away for the rest of my life, but I still work just so I can buy whatever preps or luxuries I want whenever I want. And to spoil my children and grandchildren. Little things like helping my daughter buy her 3 year old his first house. So if a cyber attack occurred I'd just sit back, pour a single malt whisky, light a cuban, and enjoy the show.
As for 2 leggest villians invading my property, I'm not going to outline all my capabilities on a public forum, but I like to think I'm better prepared than most. I have the right tools and the right mindset, and I think my skills and tactics would be good enough to deal with most threats.

My off grid retreat is immune from cyber attack. Do you consider yourself to be immune from world events ? Yes, pretty much. Too many people worry too much about things that will never impact on them. I've spent 35 years building resilience. I'd welcome you throwing a scenario at me to see if I'm as prepared as I say I am.

We've had knife laws in my State for many years. Basically you get fined for being in possession of a knife in public without a valid reason. The intention of the law was good, to stop punks carrying knives and stabbing people, but it hasn't stopped stabbings and didn't take into account some cops are way too stupid to understand even basic laws. Like fining chefs carrying their knives in their car on the way home from work, or hunters being fined for having a knife in their car on their way to a hunt. My one experience with cops and knives was when some feds flagged me down for a roadside breath test on my way to my retreat. Just as they waved me in my car blew it's engine, turned out two of the cops were former mechanics, located a split heater hose, suggested I cut it and rejoin it and they would refill my radiator. Only knife I had on hand was a SOG government, fairly large, but the cops were cool with it.

Carbon Credits are part of the Climate Change scam, perpetuated by politicians, businessmen and shallow thinkers. The fake science was debunked long ago, when it was called global warming and conmen and idiots were running around crying that temperatures were increasing, the icecap was melting, sea levels were rising.
And yet, decades later we have large falls of snow in the Australian Alps at the end of October. Unprecedented.

And with a little extra string I can use it whilst sitting on my mountain observation post, so I don't have to forego seeing what's happening around my immediate AO whilst trying to find out what's happening a thousand miles away.

Gumtrees fall over in storms. Just hide the dozer tracks. Problem solved.

I've literally spent hundreds of nights sleeping under Australian Army Issue Hoochies for both work and play. A long time ago I swapped out the Hoochie for US Issue Woodland Ponchos which back in the day were like $15 a piece for Grade A1! This bloke's plow point shelter configuration is exactly what I use and his no BS, simple and concise demonstration is probably the best I've found on the net! The only difference is that I use a thin OD Bungee cord to pitch rather than Bank Line or Paracord. Good times hey Norseman.

They are packed in the original 2kg bags tbey came in. I don't store larger bags or loose grain to reduce loss if one bag becomes infested with weevils (which has never happened since I started freezing each bag many years ago). They are fairly tightly packed tbough.

I thinks there's about 100kg per drum. I keep an empty drum to transfer into if I ever needed to move, because where they are kept is cool , dark and secure but not accessible with a trolley. I freeze to kill weevils, never had an issue with mice or rats.
