I'm grateful I was prepared! Had a bbq with my dad and the kids today, was cutting a roll and my dad keeps his knives super sharp (for a carving knife- you could bloody well shave with it! ), slipped straight to the bone in my finger! So thank goodness for my edc fak! ouch.. some carving forks have a guard. Ooops, ...you were cutting a roll with a carving knife? Anyway- I think we're all grateful you're ok  |

Grateful for my family, my God, my Country and the honour to serve her. Grateful for an open mind, for the ability to look at the world and for the ability to prepare.
I'm grateful for this site, and the friends I have made here.

I'm grateful for the freedom to cast my vote, the ability to voice my opinion.
I'm grateful for food in the pantry and on the shelves in the stores, for the resources we have, those we need and those which are not needed, but here for our enjoyment.

Ahh, hot water, so very grateful for this! Yes the little things are so darned good. I am grateful for 24/7 fuel stations. for daily fresh baked bread and having all of our utilities work on demand. First world luxuries we should really appreciate yet take for granted oh so much. Oh I am also grateful for Beer |

Grateful for my my girlfriend and that the fact my children are all healthy and ahead of the curve when it comes it intelligence and being critical thinkers

I am grateful for the men and women who serve under any flag of the commonwealth, thank you for protecting us, thank you for defending our rights and liberties and of others as well. I am also grateful for our emergency services, Police, Fire, Ambulance, SES and various volunteer groups that help those in need.
It's probably the one thing we ALL take for granted the most. Even more than the running water etc, the people who lay it all down so we can have hot showers and eat bacon and eggs on Saturday mornings.
