Land, House, shedding with an underground bunker, all off the roads, plenty of wildlife & water, near the coast, looked after by two 21 yr old Asian girls who think I am the only male alive on earth and whose sole purpose is to please me, and who genuinely believe my wife has died of cancer, and that the other woman with me is a homeless woman I took pity on, and not really my wife!!!

I really want some calibre adaptor sleeves to go in a shotty. Can't seem to find them in Aus. Haven't got a shotty yet but I'd love to get some sleeves so that when I get one I'll be able to shoot other calibres if need be. I reckon .22lr and maybe some other rifle calibres are good!
+ any recommendations for a shotty OTHER than the Adler? I don't wanna spend over 1.5k lol - I'm poor with all the other shit I buy.

Pretty much what Jay said with house and land off the track with a few hundred acres to play, hunt and run a couple head of cattle on for personal meat supply and some veggie crops as well

Always thought they were a gimmick, suck trying to aim with whatever sights you're rocking on the shotty.... my shotty doesn't even have sights let alone ones I'd need to interpret for use with other calibres. And for a first shotty, hard to beat a $100 single barrel. I got one a few years back from the local gunstore as an impulse buy, dropped in at bunnings and got a fresh hacksaw blade and some wet and dry and fixed up the humongous barrel to something more manageable. Measured about half a dozen times to make sure the adjustment was kept above the longarm minimum overall and barrel lengths of course.

I was more talking about consumer products easily available in other countries that are hard to find or get into aus, although they are legal here. However it seems it's now turned into 'what would you wish for?' so you can have your crew served weapons...
I'll change my ZEV drop in kit for a select fire Draco pistol, HK416, Remington 870, Glock 19, and a motherf'ing m107 barrett .50BMG

Hey knightandday I have the Stoeger Condor double barrel in 20" and even though its a cheapy I have never had an issue and have fired over a thousand shells through it. www.cleaverfirearms.com/Products.aspx?Category=Shotguns&Brand=207This one is Boito but as far as i know they are almost identical to the Stoeger (built in same factory if the interwebs can be believed) Rossi also do a lever action 410 that goes for around $550 as well which may be of interest to you. ALso on the Adler, I was wondering why you thought it was 1.5k? Cleavers have the 5 shot one listed for $750?

I meant I wanted to look at a shotgun other than the Adler and that I would allow a budget for less than $1.5k. Of course I will still be getting an Adler if they stay around. Sorry Austemplar for ruining your thread, basically I've seen some of these 12g adapters for sale in Aus but they're a dime a dozen! Easily available in the states Can anyone "hook me up"

I'll change my ZEV drop in kit for a select fire Draco pistol, HK416, Remington 870, Glock 19, and a motherf'ing m107 barrett .50BMG Ha, yeah, something like 3x Ma Deuce [M2s] and spare barrels, parts, with 250,000 rounds, perhaps Mark19s,.. oh heck, M1 Abrams including spares... to be sure As far as I understand it, you can get .50BMG, if you join a military rifle club in Vic. You can also get a little under in caliber without the membership if you so choose. Pretty expensive to shoot. I've seen the sleeves on ebay locally a while back, they weren't rifled. There's also THIS on abused guns. Might be worth a call to the relevant people as I can't see any regulation that would prohibit bringing them in anyhow. --- In terms of what I want but can't get, well I'd like something a little left field, a mobile phone tower that would cover a town, along with the portable tower about $10k including solar set up. There are other options, though that's for a key-turn, no fuss, as used in remote towns in far away places. To my mind, the perfect communication tool for a country town, everyone already has a phone. We have very strict laws on communications, so even if I had the money, it isn't going to happen. Neighbors/street/town who are into prepping. .303 used brass at a reasonable rate .357 used brass at a reasonable rate Powder and primers, ammo at the prices that the yanks pay, aka about half of what we pay.

You mean Redback'not'trading? [don't seem to be trading] As I've mentioned before, the jar supply place in Cheltenham told me that they're getting a shipment in of tattler lids in sometime soon and I just reuse the standard ball lids with success.

Why is it so damn hard to find a ZEV drop in trigger kit for g17gen4.... ridiculous 8 month backorder is ridiculous What are you guys trying to get your hands on that you just can't find in Aus? Most if not all gun parts I'm after these days are hard to find in Aus. Getting a new slide cover and adjustable target sights for my FN Five Seven was a real challenge. Only one place in the whole damn world that sells the parts and they don't accept foreign credit cards or ship overseas! As for the ZEV trigger kit, check this out www.hyperfire.com.au/handgun-parts/trigger-group/zev-ultimate-gen-4-glock-40-cal-trigger-kit-black-triggerblack-safety-zt-ful-ult-40-4g-bbDoesn't say out of stock so I assume its in stock. Yes its a .40, but the only difference should be a shorter ejector for the longer .40 case. The 9mm and .40 use the same frame. I've used my 9mm top end on a .40 lower and the shorter ejector makes no difference. Actually I think my ZEV kit was a Gen 3 .40 kit Worth doing a little research on anyway if it saves 8 months.
