All Yank propaganda, almost no mention of the Chinese carriers. Anyway, if they are built to the same standard as other gear, they will fall apart in a few years and be nothing to worry about.
Theres a fine line between genius and crazy, I like to use that line as a jump rope.

The Chinese carriers don't have gas powered take off still use bent up nose. not quite at the same standard as the US. The Russian SU24 jets are a bit faster than the US F35/15 fighters but underwhelm in radar detection and firepower. The Ukrainians have take a good few out over the last few months. Moderns war between super powers is EMP nukes - hacking, destruction of power grid, poising water supplies, pandemic (Small pox derivative). Then the country fights itself with no need for boots on the ground. To take Taiwan will require boots on the ground. Problem with the US is they are getting sucked into Ukraine, Palestine, Iran, Iraq and issues on the southern Mexico border. Large number of sleeper terrorist cells operating within the US - the apocalypse is knocking on the door. With the US election fiasco coming and the Chinese economy tanking - prefect opportunity to finish the West off. I would so bomb the 3 Gorges dam in China - they have their own Achilles heel's.

And don't forget the recent assassination attempt against the South Korean opposition leader last week.

And it all goes to....China Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence, and face your future without fear. All of the modern CHinese cars upload mass data to Chinese servers and their ECUs have more lines of code than a 747 jet has. Cars like the MG that everybody buys these days records and uploads data on driving habits and roads and traffic all to be crunched by Chinese servers. Probably to amass data on driving conditions for future invasions...

Danger Will Robinson. Who else sees Chinese getting involved in this to learn our military secrets... amp.9news.com.au/article/e7fc6cb6-44f3-489d-8aba-6128bc86b25dGovernment considers recruiting ADF personnel from overseas
By Josh Hohne - 4 days ago The federal government is considering looking overseas to recruit non-citizens to join the Australian military. Acting Defence Minister Matt Keogh said "we are certainly looking at all options that we need to look at in terms of how we can grow our Defence Force. And that includes looking at how we might be able to grow it from friendly forces from other countries." The government is considering recruitment from Pacific nations like Tuvalu, and from other countries around the world.

Maybe ADF should look at changing some of their procedures, like forcibly relocating families every 3 years, to increase retention.

The woke generation is overweight, lazy and have lifestyle choice issues like drugs. I have only heard bad things about the ADF from ex members now in the mining workforce often as paramedics and mine rescue personnel.

Report from town.
Shopping today, lack of frozen foods in Coles and Woolworths, Aldies not bad, but restricted selection.
Apparently, Wollies is not stocking Australia Day gear.
Its time for all you woke women to have your annual prostrate check.

My daughter left Army after 5 years as a sig and now earns $180k plus free health cover as a contractor to ADF. No uniform, no field work, no overtime, no relocating, no putting up with crap from ex British army NCO’s. All because she was going to be posted to Darwin for 3 years. She told them to leave her where she was or she’d discharge. Idiots didn’t listen, now they finding it very hard to get sigs and daughter laughing all the way to the bank.

For someone to want to join defence they know that they are putting their lives on the line to defend something they view as more important than themselves. As white Christian males have consistently been the ones to put their hands up to defend their country, why on earth would any of them want to do this today for a ruling class that hates them and discriminates against them at every opportunity?

To deploy these days you need NV-1, which is harder to get than the old 'restricted' clearance. How on earth do you effectively vet foreigners like that? If the 'checks' performed by our immigration system are anything to go by, there will be none at all and it will be a case of Australians having to meet a far higher standard than foreigners, to join their own country's military. Insane, just insane.

I'm sure who ever dreamed up this stuff will offer them a "special" pass that allows them to do it just by ticking a box on the form that says they will join up for 5yrs or something. Yeah, every western military is struggling to get recruits. The woke generation is overweight, lazy and have lifestyle choice issues like drugs. It certaintly didn't help when the ADF turned away those strong patriotic men in favour of the "diversity, inclusion and equity" hires as if they were a company owned by Blackrock that requires a high ESG score to get company funding.
