Not talking about you. Those videos were made as clickbait to get internet traffic. Most people will laugh, but do absolutely nothing about the risk they've left themselves with. It'll be good for traffic congestion though with 90% of vehicles unable to drive due to lack of fuel.

One of my predictions for 2024 was major natural disaster increases.
Iceland town first time in 800 years being destroyed by volcano. I wonder what the EU is going to do about all the carbon the volcanic activity is releasing. The volcanologist on BBC saying a new era of volcanic activity. Dramatic footage on fissures opening up (3min vid). One of my degeees is in geology, it is quite amazing to see geology in action. In stead of mining extinct volcanic activity.

What a start to the year: The US elections is definitely going to spice things up and add gas to the fire. Preparing For The Collapse Of Societytheeconomiccollapseblog.com/preparing-for-the-collapse-of-society/For a long time, many people had faith that the government would be able to keep society stable, but now that has changed. In fact, one recent survey discovered that a whopping 71.2 percent of all Americans “have no faith in the U.S. government to save them or prevent a doomsday event”… Last April, the financial-services firm Finder found that the number of Americans who said they’d recently spent money on emergency preparedness jumped from 20% in 2020 to 29% in 2023. They spent an average of $150 on items such as nonperishable food, medical supplies, and cases of water. Today you can’t turn on a streaming platform without catching recommendations for popular survivalist reality shows such as “Alone” or “Naked and Afraid,” and on social media, homesteading and disaster-prepping influencers have amassed millions of followers across various platforms.

My daughter was in Iceland late last year, hoping to see this event up close and personal. She missed it by a few weeks unfortunately.

Ummmm.... A doomsday shelter on an island... At least an island as small and as far away as Hawaii..?? That doesn't sound too well thought out to me.. But what do I know about how the rich and famous live.. ??

A tsunami will take them all out, instantly.
Do you put your faith in, or have faith in science ?

Main stream media panicking over loss of control of what people hear and believe. WSJ Editor-in-Chief Admits To Davos Elites 'We No Longer Own The News'www.zerohedge.com/political/wsj-editor-chief-admits-davos-elites-we-no-longer-own-news "I think think there’s a very specific challenge for the legacy brands, like the New York Times and like the Wall Street Journal," Tucker said, adding "If you go back really not that long ago, as I say, we owned the news. We were the gatekeepers, and we very much owned the facts as well.""If it said it in the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, then that was a fact," she continued, adding "Nowadays, people can go to all sorts of different sources for the news and they’re much more questioning about what we’re saying."

All batteries suffer from the cold. Regular ICE engines can be difficult to start at -20C etc. They need to be heated, just like an EV battery would. There's nothing new here. If someone doesn't know how to operate an ICE vehicle in the cold, they won't be any better off in an EV.
