After eating baked beans, they need to be. I wonder if the oxygen absorbers can help as well.

We are currently running 2 Cabelas 10 tray dehydrators and 5 round, 10 tray each garage sale units. All drying apples for bunny food this winter. We use the Cabelas units for mushrooms, bread for bread crumbs, thin sliced potatoes, carrots, peas, hamburger gravel, liquid eggs for egg powder and more. Drying apples does give a spike to the hydro bill, but crunching the numbers it saves on purchased rabbit pellets, and is better for the bunnies. With our homemade feeds we can usually stretch a bag of hen or bunny feed 2 to 1.. Tim, can you please provide more info on how you do the eggs, and breadcrumbs - curious. Also, what is Hamburger gravel??

Also worth mentioning if you own one make sure you know how to test that a mask fits perfectly if intending to use it in highly toxic environments. I once carted a work mate to the ER because he had a minor leak on the mask seal that he didn't pick up until he started feeling funny. We got him into clean air as soon as he noticed a problem but the symptoms continued to worsen despite the fact the amount of toxic gas he inhaled must have been minute. The subsequent poisoning symptoms, as they developed over the next 15 minutes, were traumatic and frightening to observe. All this from a product that can be legally purchased in our country if you have the right paperwork. He was in hospital for a week and took about 3 months to fully recover from his experience. Yeah the P100 masks are the one Im as far to go with. Will have to quickly cut of my beard though to make sure I get a good seal. I'm just growing my beard longer, so I can fold it up to utilise it's filtering properties.

www.survivalarcherysystems-australia.comI came across this on survival Jim's website, he was the guy on Today Tonight. I wonder if you could learn to build a bow from scratch if it would be as powerful.

Probably. If 'the system' is suggesting that having some extra supplies is a good thing ... supply chain disruption may not be too far off. I wonder what Australia's fuel reserves are at?

I don't think there's much to discuss on the topic of aliens visiting Earth and what the scenarios might be. If they exist and if they did visit Earth, what we want and what we can do is basically irrelevant. Any other beings that have the capability to travel to Earth are going to be FAR more technologically advanced than us, therefore we would be at their mercy. Just send in the Kardashian's, an hour with them will crush there superior intellect.

I have two types of baking soda (sodium bicarbonate): food grade for consumption/first aid uses, plus the much cheaper industrial grade for cleaning. I buy the latter at about a buck a kilo (25kg bags) from a wholesale supplier which saves a heap of money compared to 500g for a few bucks at the supermarket. Which wholesalers, Pete??

V is for Volkswagen Beetle. Perhaps an even more ultimate BOV. Now Peter, nothing beats a Unicorn.
