Call their bluff or get it on! It's only going to get worse there is no way back, China is making it's move and Australian Politicians are in "let me at em but hold me back" mode! While we engage in mouthy "diplomacy" the Chinese are fully prepping for confrontation escalating to full blown hostilities! Our political wankers will continue to keep stepping backwards and redrawing the line! Australia gets weaker while the CCP continues to grow stronger! What is needed here pre-emptively is a Cuban Missile Crisis style confrontation to sort it out sooner rather than later. |

Write NOW all Queenslanders to the premier and your local member for an explanation.
Next trip: mass boat landing on Keswick island. Anyone coming?

This sort of thing has happened in my local area ... twice.
Both times the party locking up access and booting out previous long term residents ... were not even Chinese.

Next trip: mass boat landing on Keswick island. Anyone coming? That is the law. The developers can try to block it off but have no legal basis for doing so. The catch is that you'd have to get there by another part of the beach on land that the CCP developer doesn't hold lease on. National parks can under some circumstances be blocked off. Not sure about the case in question. For the rest of it, if the other residents are lessees that have been using infrastructure provided for free by a previous owner, it sounds harsh but they'll have to deal with it. Presumably they are able to build another jetty themselves if they want to pay for it. Maybe try some naked sunbathing below the high water mark whenever there are CCP tourists around. |

Whilst we often shake our heads at the failings of our politicians, I've long held the view that the wealthy elites are equally if not more to blame for undermining our jobs, economic stability and national security.
Politicians sought economic growth through endless immigration and created a myriad of ethnic social and criminal issues which detract from quality of life for your average honest, peaceful individual who embraces Australian cultural values.
Wealthy elites have undermined national security, jobs and democratic processes by peddling influence and feathering their own nests.
There is little long term consideration for national or economic security consequences when the elites see a short term opportunity to make more money.
China uncensored is on the money (no pun intended) this week. The Chinese guy speaking in the video clips towards the end sums up their smugness nicely. The Chinese are happy that America is about to return to a political landscape run by elites who can be and will be readily influenced by Chinese money at the expense of American economic and national security.
Start taking Mandarin lessons folks, you'll be needing those skills to understand your future masters.
