actually wholemeal does provide a decent source of fibre, thats part of why kids dont like it in bread look at those digestive biscuits? choc wheatens or whatever theyre called yep, thats what theyre designed for. XD if your water intake was high enough with wholemeal youd be fine, if not, boyo, watch out, the fibre actually makes it worse if your fluid intake is too low

have you seen escape? govt involvement, taking people "off the grid" (too bad about any innocent lives lost!) was one of my thoughts too, a girl i know had links claiming several of the passengers were working on a green energy program, developing a perpetual fuel source, i have no idea how credible it is, but its worth acknowledging in the myriad of theories out there.

i wonder who well wholemeal would work? would perhaps keep things a little more regular, if youre eating lots of it (people on high refined flour diets are often badly constipated, lol) may also give it a more robust flavour?

i was thinking that too, or pricking it thoroughly with a fork while its soft still... or rolling it thinner, to like rice cracker thickness... and anzacs, i think when theyre made the "old" way, like small sweet manhole covers i think just a container with o2 absorbers, perhaps vac packed? because they get softer as they go stale which is usually exposure to o2 or humidity... thats just a reasonably educated guess, lol, dont shoot me if im wrong XD

If any parts did fall off, there would be debris in the ocean particularly for a plane that size. We are not talking about a Cessna here. so in any scenario, debris should be found if there was a mid-air explosion, wing rip off, crash, etc. ^^ that is what makes me suspicious of government involvement even when they crash, there is usually some sort of debris floating around the area, its just too clean, aside from the oil slicks :/

How about water wolfstar well, its possible to collect coconuts or water vines in most tropical bushlands, empty coconut shells can be used to collect various forms of precipitation, especially if you set up palm fronds and other safe leaves so that the tips are positioned so that water dripping off is directed into whatever you are using... if you find say, banana leaves, you can make water tight containers, use to wrap food while cooking etc... there is more than one way to skin a cat, so to speak ^_^

yeah thats the mule-lite, seems awesome for say, going through caves etc in case you intend on/are forced to stay the night inside, lol ^_^ they also have a glow mat type thing for in the house (yes they charge via ambient light too, their site goes much more into depth about them than the retailers ever do!) to help with finding things in the dark!

from what i was reading, if you leave it out in the open all day, it ends up with enough charge to go all night, so are great to just clip to your pack or whatever while walking around, or in the sun for a min before it sets ^_^ those uvo's look great for the kids imho, have one on every family member, then the kids would be less scared knowing where you are ^_^ tbh the whole range seems awesome imho! (yes im totally in awe at them atm, when i get some i will be less enthusiastic, perhaps, lol)
