I’ve seen the british version a few years ago and it was pretty good. It’s not the real deal in regard to physical punishment but for average joe it’s pretty full on.
Don’t know how a drug mule became a celebrity though🤔

Can you use rooftop panels with solar charge regulator for camping? I looked at an amorphous type producing 120ish watts and they want $2300. At that price they can GGF.

I just harvested a decent crop of potatoes, some garlic and the last of last summers mortgage lifters. I let the vine struggle along just to see what would happen and it put off some small tasty toms. I'm tempted to see if it will recover with the change of season. My beetroot when baked is simply delicious. I’ll never eat the canned stuff again.
I’ve,learned a lot. I should have planned he design of garden a bit better and dug the potato patch a bit deeper as the soil was pretty hard below the tubers. I’ve not used any sprays and have had minimal losses so far and have noticed a balance of pest and predators developing in the garden. Will this be enough for the upcoming summer boost of bugs? who knows but it’s actually pretty fun gardening outside the regular norms. My bananas, toms and pumpkins got punched by some frosts but they have survived. They were planted out of season for laughs. I’m hoping they will get going soon just to see how good they go compared to new seedlings.

Kinda like corporate bonuses for the little guy! I'm really enjoying the irony of the liberals touting one of the most left wing policies i’ve ever seen as good economic sense. Hopefully if we go back to normal the two big doofuses can find some more middle ground. I think Australia has had enough of the fringe. If it wasn’t for some of the firecracker independents we’d be completely bi-polar.

My mates daughter just turned down a secure 40hrs a week at a successful cafe. Reason, she can earn just as much and work less on jobkeeper. my mate is ropable. Businesses should be able to report this crap and pit the boot into these lazy buggers.

It depends on the existing drainage design as most acid sulfate soils are found on old swamps and lowland floodplains. If the land is not well drained it will either flood or hold water during wet periods which is not good for living on or growing crops. If it is well drained then you can grow stuff. All of northern nsw cane is grown on acid sulfate soils.

Australian Politicians of all brands have been wilfully immersed in this CCP BRI stuff right up to their chins! It will be very interesting to see what happens if Morrison cancels Andrews' BRI deal. I agree and can only hope he does this. It is my own personal litmus test to see if i bother volunteering to defend this country or not if push comes to shove. I won’t defend a country with such an active fifth column. What’s the chinese word for welcome?

Yep they are part of the Commonwealth, democratic, relatively peaceful and have some probably many common interests with Australia. Let’s see the back of the authoritarian commie dictatorship, we don’t need them and should never bend to them or anyone else.

cool. Do they race these at Finke? I’ve seen some tricked out buggies and bikes but haven’t seen one of these beasts. $189k is a bit steep, i might have to stick to the mini moke class😁

My Mrs just got asked to go full time, the border lockdowns are impacting her workplace and they can’t find enough qualified labour to do all the work. I’d probably feel guilty for our good position but we spent a heap of years out west and up north working, saving, learning and bettering our prospects for our eventual return to our home region. But i look at some of our old dirtbag school class who never moved, never wanted to succeed, living a mundane yobbo life and then I don’t feel so bad.

Not so sure about outsmarted but more realistically payed off. If economic policy was not so racist we’d have a diverse and varied market to sell to other than relying on an authoritarian communist racist dictatorship. Beno Nailed it mate! But we'll all still be demonised as "WASCISTS" for not voluntarily falling in step with the Global Statist created "New Normal"! Whew! i thought i nearly went all SJW using so many nasty names and words 😂

We keep hearing how bad it is to grow and eat our own or hunt (worms or diseases) and fish (mercury or parisites). Last month it was home eggs was making people sick. Home butchery is a bit of a no no, unpasteurised milk is doom blah blah blah. instead it is best to eat repeatedly sprayed, increasingly genetically modified, packed into sheds or feedlots, reduced genetically diverse and tasteless shit from woollies or coles.
I agree blueshoes, stock up on heirlooms you can’t go wrong.

That’s a society in collapse, bloody sad. Now that is funny, the fate of an entire country, over 2000 miles wide, derived from a minute long video! Kinda like "All of Australia is burning!" earlier this year or "The kangaroo is being hunted to extinction" back in the '80s. Yep a gunman running from the scene of a shooting without being apprehended instantly by either one of the 3 or 4 response vehicles reflects this pretty well.

It’s a good example of what happens when you hand over menial manufacturing jobs to a foreign countries and expect those workers to upskill and get new jobs. Sorry but many people are only suited to screwing on toothpaste caps and not much else. When they don’t have an income you get social decay which is possibly the result we are seeing in the US. The near complete lack of coverage of this issue in he media is the clearest signal something is grotesquely wrong. Even the far left media is backing of covering this issue and that says it all.
just to add i’m not intending to insult people with menial jobs, in fact i think they are amazing and to be able to adapt and survive in that work environment is awesome and is something i could not do myself.

I suppose this leads back to the question what type of snare would you use? I reckon a neck snare would not be an issue but maybe leg snares could be due to potential to cut and wound?
I worked with a RSPCA bloke out west and i agree Spinifex not all are extreme animal lovers, in fact i’d say the RSPCA would vet those types out of a compliance role as they’d be a bloody headache to manage. I really oppose all that tactical garb they wear, that is a big step in the wrong direction.

Snares

exactly. I’d say the suffering on a well caught snared animal would be minimal. The other issue is off target animals. Catch a quoll in one and it’s a bad day if it gets found out.
